By purchasing access to the service provided by Jillian Murphy, LLC., you are committing to the minimum agreement of 6-months of the service provided. After the initial 6 month period has passed, you will continue to be billed monthly until a cancellation request has been received. At that time, your payments will be cancelled at the end of the current 30 day period.

There will be no refunds available after purchase.

If you decide to leave the service before your 6 month commitment expires, you will be required to pay out the remaining payments in full if you have chosen the payment plan.

You acknowledge and agree that you are not guaranteed to achieve any specific personal, professional or financial results or earn any specific amount of income by
participating in the Program. Jillian Murphy makes no promises, representations or warranties concerning the viability of any goals, aspirations or endeavors you may identify or choose to pursue during or as a result of your participation in the Program.
You agree to participate in the Program at your own risk. Program information, services and products are used at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any decisions
and actions that result from your use of such information, products and services. Jillian Murphy does not provide psychological, investment or financial advice.

By entering into this Agreement, you represent and acknowledge that you are of legal age in the state of your residency.

If any portion of this agreement is deemed illegal, void or unenforceable, then the remaining agreement shall remain in effect.

Under no circumstances will the parties be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting, directly or indirectly, from any event of force majeure or other cause beyond her control including, without limitation, acts of god, war, pandemics, equipment and technical failures, electrical power failures or fluctuations, strikes, labor disputes, riots, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, natural disasters, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, or non-performance of third parties.

In the event of a dispute between the Parties relating to or arising out of this Agreement, the Parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith. If this resolution attempt fails, the Parties shall submit the dispute to binding arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The arbitrator shall be bound by applicable governing federal law as well as the law of Michigan. Each party shall pay their own costs and fees. Claims that may necessitate arbitration include but are not limited to contract claims, tort claims, claims based on federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes, or regulations. Intellectual property claims by Jillian Murphy will not be subject to arbitration and may, as an exception, be subject to litigation.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan.
